Next, API’s to string everything together into a system that kinda worked sometimes.

Now, AI takes the whole thing creates context, removes a lot the grunt work and has the potential to provide signals and insights in real time, and as we’ve seen, generate messages that are somewhat targeted.

What’s the future hold for Sales Technology?
